By accessing or using Camp Operator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Camp Operator provides cloud-based RV park management software including reservation management, payment processing, guest communications, and reporting tools. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Fees and Payment

Camp Operator charges fees for reservations processed through the platform. Current fees are displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Transmit harmful code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage our reputation

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. You may export your data at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camp Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
