Why is there no monthly fee?

We believe you should only pay when you make money. Our pay-per-booking model means we succeed when you succeed. If you have a slow month, your software costs are proportionally lower.

What is the 3.5% booking fee?

We charge 3.5% of the booking total (before taxes) for reservations made through the system. This covers all features including online booking, payment processing (charged separately at 2.9% + 30¢), communications, and support.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. The 3.5% booking fee and payment processing fees are the only costs. No setup fees, no training fees, no support fees, no cancellation fees.

What about payment processing fees?

Payment processing is 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction, which is the standard Stripe rate. This is separate from our 3.5% booking fee and goes directly to the payment processor.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No contracts, no minimums. You can cancel anytime. We keep customers by providing great software and support, not by locking you into contracts.

What if I process payments outside the system?

You can accept cash, checks, or process payments through your own merchant account. The 3.5% booking fee still applies to reservations made in the system, but there are no payment processing fees for external payments.

Do you charge for phone reservations?

Yes, all reservations entered into the system incur the 3.5% booking fee, whether made online by guests or entered manually by staff. This ensures all reservations get the same features and automation.
