My Story
How we went from idea to 50-space RV park in 14 months
I was first exposed to the RV Park business model when I was working with my Dad. He owned a 20-space RV park in Bolivar, TX.
The interesting part? He did nothing. His partner managed it and their secretary took calls. He was pocketing around $2,500 to $3,500 each month for very little management. They had a true "mailbox money" system.
That particular park had 90% to 100% occupancy for most of the year. When he sold it later, he got over $1 million.
That's when I knew I had to figure this out.
